Everything you need to know before your first bounce.
Absolutely not! Our classes are 100% beginner-friendly. Our instructors will walk you through everything from how to put on the boots to the basic moves. If you can walk, you can Kangoo Jump.
Yes! All Kangoo Jump boots are provided and included in your class fee. Just show up in comfortable workout clothes and we'll take care of the rest.
Wear comfortable workout clothes — leggings, shorts, a sports bra, whatever you feel good in. Bring socks (required to wear inside the boots). We recommend moisture-wicking fabrics since you WILL sweat.

Our classes are high-energy and will get your heart pumping — but you go at your own pace. Beginners and advanced movers are welcome in the same class. The music keeps you motivated without pressure.
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a pair of socks. We have lockers, showers, and changing areas on-site.
Each class is 50 minutes of non-stop music-driven movement. It goes by SO fast — you'll be shocked when it's over.
